Cass is the main character of the story of Dia's Wish. He's an ex-data-sciences major turned into a powerful corruption-fighting Warrior enrolled at Luan Academy.

Cass had almost started his third year at Gardenia University when he was nominated for the Angel Ceremony. He was a data sciences major
with some experience in computer science, and had to leave it all behind to join Luan academy.
Before that, he lived at home with his
parents and sister, Dia, though he was too concerned with his classes and social life to spend much time with them.
Warrior enhanced abilities: All Warriors have enhanced physical capabilities, as a byproduct of being bound to angelic magic. Cass is
still learning to control his body with this altered physicality.
Angelic gift: Cass can control the effect of gravitational force on his own body and on others. He cannot control the force of gravity on
Corruption, as Corruption isn't made up of matter, but essentially anything else is fair game. However, the larger and further he is from an
object, the harder it is to control; thus, he prefers to apply this power only to himself and to smaller objects.
Bargained gift: Cass did not bargain for a power with his Sprite.
Wished gift: Cass is perfectly invulnerable to any physical harm from anyone he suspects will hurt him. This allows him to experience
bruises when roughhousing with friends or take intravenous medicine or vaccines, but means that he cannot be harmed by Corruption or anyone he
sees as an enemy. This ability is extremely powerful and gives Cass an advantage in being chosen to fight the Angel. Cass did not acquire this
ability himself; rather, Dia's dying wish, granted by the Angel, was to protect her brother. This ability was the Angel's response.
Weapon: Cass wields throwing knives that are weighted toward the blade, so he can launch them at his opponent using his power. He also
uses shoes with specialized soles designed to tear through Corruption with a little boost of angelic magic.
Programming: As a result of his previous academic career, Cass is a fairly good programmer with particular specialization in code
that deals with large quantities of messy data.
"Cassius" is a Latin name which means "empty" or "vain." It is associated with helmeted warriors or saints.
"Ultio" is a Roman goddess whose name meant "vengeance."
